New lower price!!!!! I don't have time to work on this car so, she has to go. She has a strong running factory 440 (350HP). She will need a driver's side fender and front bumper, possibly the grille too. These cars have the hideaway headlights like the Dodge Chargers do. The interior is in great shape. The only rust is a few spots under the back window. Not very bad. I have changed the plugs and wires, and changed the oil. That's all I have had time to do in the past year. So, it is time for someone to finish her and put her back on the street where she belongs. Open to cash and or trade for other vehicles also. Please no junk! And no electronics! Clear title in my name. Email your offers to me. Also check out my 1972 Chrysler New Yorker I have listed. Thanks!

That doesn't look too bad for his asking price.

That is a very nice car for the price. Looks like one of those cars that seem too good to be true. I hope the price isn't a typo.

If it seems to good to be true............I've seen enough of these to know the deal by now.

What's this pic in the ad supposed to be ? Some deteriorated paint surface ? I don't get it.

That makes sense. I didn't realize the car had a vinyl top at all.

For $2300, this car is a decent project car. Rare gator grain vinyl and who knows what other rarities it has. I couldn't see if it had 2 fenders tags or not.

well, gonna rain on the parade....I "think" there's more going on than what meets the eye and he's trying to unload it.....no one's gonna pay much for it banged up anyway....hence the asking price drop....car's been advertised for a long time now.

How long has it been advertised?

I believe I first saw it advertised on CL last spring....maybe earlier. I've been seeing it pop up every once and awhile now. I think he recently added new/additional photos IIRC.

That's a long time, do you remember what he was asking back then?

Not specifically, I just remember seeing it advertised at a higher AP but I did not pay much attention to anything else b/c of the collision damage.

It looks as though he has no place to store or work on the cars. Lives in an apartment complex perhaps....?
If it runs well it wouldn't take much to build a nice driver. I would bet if someone showed serious interest the price would drop more.

I have a good bumper and fenders that can be had cheap. Not sure about shipping though.

If it were close to me, and b/c I'm such a fuselage nut job, I'd go and check it out so as to get a real first hand picture, esp. since its getting cheaper and cheaper...but I learned not to get hopes up high. I want a 69, 70 or 71 300 some day, never know when that will be.

Nope, it was a factory gator grain vinyl top option in 1969 and 1970.

that is NOT gator grain. It is tortoise grain. Gator grain was only used on Plymouths and Dodges in 69&70 while Chrysler could get tortoise.
