Fred (@superB) scored this awesome piece of great history and was so awesome to offer it to me for just the Ebay price of only $30! It say 1970 in the add and on the bag, but the pages are all 1969 stuff.

Thanks again for that! :)

It arrived at my cousins today and she will bring it to germany on beginning of march. I will do he-res scanns of all the pages for the hamtramck history and maybe the imperial club if they are interested befor I put it next to my 1969 Imperial Databook.

Here is the Ebay auction and a few teaser pics:

Its a shame "Fred" cant participate on this forum without being arrogant and condescending , he is a knowledgeable fellow and has much to offer.

Has anybody met him?

That is an awesome score and an even more awesomer thing you're doing.

I'm sure that there's a good chance that he could of been at Carlisle and might even talked to us......no one knows what he looks like.

He was a really nice guy to deal with, that's all I can say about that..! But I don't like where this discusson is going... should be all about this cool book!

Fred has been responsible for taking the time to look for and purchasing all of the recent C body data and color and trim books that have been posted on HH. He's made some significant contributions.

Julian, these pages you have there is really hot stuff! Being able to touch all the different original fabric swatches is exciting. Or is that just me? :pimp:

How does a name like Fred turn into superB?? He's the same character that joins forums and post Internet finds without any info... I'am glad vodka was able to get such an important part of car literature.

actually what I said was complimentary....backhanded as it may be

He got in touch with me after he found the '67 color and trim wondering if I was interested in it but I'm holding out for the data book.

I already have the data book but this color and trim book is much bigger and more extensive than the color and trim part in the data book!

I exchange PMs and e-mails with Fred regulary.
He is a very nice and friendly guy and a genuine Mopar enthusiast.
He supported me often with links about Sport Fury GTs.

Carsten

I finally have the pages here and scanned them already.

I've put a viewable sized version in my Dropbox because the HD version is 6GB big...
