It originally was a 383 with a 727 transmission and the guy that owns engine and transmission that came out of it said he take $1500 for them. All I can tell you it ran great and shifted good 2 1/2 years ago.

So $3.8k + $1.5k = $5.3k. A bit high, but a shame the engine/trans have been pulled.

Too bad the price is a little high as it does appear in good shape.
He did say that it does appear to have had one repaint.
