They don’t make these anymore and I think the price is fair.

One of the funniest things I ever saw had to do with Armor all. I was at the Fountain Hills Az car show in the 80’s and people were giving Bob Blake a very hard time about his shabby hemi e bodies. Why on God’s green earth didn’t he restore them ??? Over and over, at every show. I guess it woulda got to anybody after a while. Well he pulled in with two hemi ebody convertibles and a yellow bench seat hemicuda. He opened the hood of the yellow car and poured a gallon sized jug of armor all over the hot engine. It sizzled and stank and he laughed saying something like now the #%$&ing hoses are shiny. We just sat back and laughed as the high zoot collectors gasped and grabbed at their pearls!!!

Thanks for the good story & laugh:lol:

Blake has a 71 Hemi Cuda convert.... one of 11 built. Saw it once in the 80s when he brought it to a car show. 2 build tags and LOADED!!!

Every option possible.

He paid I think 30K for it which at the time was a FORTUNE...car was really in super nice shape too. Saw him about 5 years ago at another Mopar show.

Asked him if he still had the car...he did.

The last one sold was a basic 71 Cuda convert, no frills and it sold for 4 million. The one he has might be worth...well who knows but way more than the cheapo

71 that got 4 million.
