Hope this is not a repost. This looks to me like a great deal in Central CA:

"I have a 1969 Plymouth Fury 3 Convertible for sale. It is in very good stock/original condition. It has a 318 2Bbl. engine, a 727 transmission and a 8 3/4 non-posi diff. with 2.76 ratio gears, power steering, power drum brakes all around & a new (as of summer 2018) R134A A/C system (it's a factory original A/C car). As far as I know, it is a "Numbers Matching" car. The Fury is optioned with 15x7 Chrysler Road wheels with 1" spacers & brand new P235/75R15 whitewall tires. The spare is also new. It has an original Chrysler stereo A/M-F/M 8-track tape player with an aftermarket under dash equalizer/power booster & front /rear speakers, factory clock, factory gauges- not "dummy lights", split front bench seat with fold down arm rest, 3 speed wiper motor, bumper guards & several other options. (...) The power convertible top, which works flawlessly, is presentable with a new plastic rear window & new Legendary brand "well" cover. (...) I know of no rust in or on the car. (...) Mechanically, to my knowledge, the car is flawless- EVERYTHING WORKS! (...)"

Fixed the link -- sorry.

One puzzle for me is what seems to be surface rust sticking to the back of the trunk mat, whereas the trunk itself seems spanking clean.

I'm sure the trunk floor was rusty at one time. The spatter paint on it now looks pretty fresh. Spatter paint on the entire trunk floor is a GM thing. Mopars should be mostly body color.

Yea seems that the trunk has been touched up. Looks like the plastic plugs were pulled or replaced. Too bad they forgot to wash the mat eh?

I was wondering what the front seat pad was hiding

Whoola!

Duct Tape! Too bad he couldn't wait to take pictures after the Legendary front seat cover was installed. Never could understand why sellers post up ad's with "I'm going to do this or that" with a "the price will go up as I do more work". sheech.

Really need to eyeball the engine compartment and underbody to get a grip on the mileage.

I remember when looking for my 69 Fury 2 door coupe I found a lot more 2 door converibles around than the coupes. For the money they are asking I would like to see a 383. Pretty cars the 69 Fury verts but not my cup of tea.

Agreed but convertibles always seem to be more abundant despite the lower build numbers. Usually because they were cared for more, as in garaged.

And, many of the convertibles actually leaked less water into the trunks than the coupes did, as long as the owners kept up with maintaining the tops.
