69-70 Chryslers did not have fender skirts and only 69 and 71-73 Imperials had them during the Fuselage period.

differences:
69 fender skirts are steel with a trim, they are attached with a metallic rod
71 skirts are steel but don´t have any trim, a screw at the rear
72-73 skirts are made of fiberglass and the have a trim with a paint on the center, a screw at the rear, the styling is a bit different
