He has obviously used straight tail pipes with the chrome turn downs past the bumper. Just plain wrong and tacky to boot.

We've seen this car before. Very nice but the lack of A/C is a big minus on a black New Yorker. Exhaust tips that hang past the bumper have no place on a C body, OK on a 55 Ford, but that's about it.
IMHO the tail pipe should not be seen at all.
