Driver & passenger headrests were mandated for cars mfgd after Jan 01, 1969. Prior to that date, a passenger side only headrest was optional. Yah, weird, and don't ask me the logic.

I've seen a few B-bodies with the single headrest, I think you could get one side or the other as well as none or both.

Yup, one of my posts, I remember posting this beauty the first time.....still for sale?? Some fuselage enthusiast needs to grab that....although 6K is pushing reality pretty hard.
