In Duluth, you really don't need it. That would be just a plane ride away for someone. Got relatives up that way...stop, don't buy, you've got enough on the plate! Damn nice car! Were this a 383, I'd be very serious about it!

Auto Temp also controls the heat, not only the a/c. If you don't have a working Auto Temp system, you have no heat either unless you bypass the system. In Duluth, I would want it - heck, in California I would want heat sometimes. I don't buy 4 doors unless they are wagons!
 
Nice low mileage green sedan and priced nicely!

Lash will have it for sale for $15k-$20k next week......

Whoa small block and auto-temp a/c, interesting build.
Back in the day I occasionally drove a friends 1970 Fury II equivalent to this 69. Same 318 small block with automatic. Keeping in mind that the year was 1973 and I was a lead footed 18 year old I thought the performance of the 318 in that Fury to be barely adequate.

I did the same with a 71 Polara ....silly boy
