Here is your chance to own a classic MOPAR for a reasonable price. This is a
1969 Plymouth Fury VIP. This car is a true unmolested survivor. Originally a California car. Unbelievable documentation on this car. All window stickers, manuals, and years of paperwork included. 318 with auto trans. Car has every power option offered at the time. Power windows, power seats, power brakes, power steering and power locks. New tires all the way around. Has
factory air but the compressor seems to be locked up at this time. Body is in overall good condition considering its age. Interior is excellent with the exception of the cracked dashpad. Overall a fine classic at a reasonable price. Asking $3500 but willing to listen to reasonable offers. For more info please contact Kenneth at 352-672-4494 or 731-799-4602.

I'd be proud to drive this......but why the he!! they were made with 318s standard is beyond me, takes it from being the total package to an almost!

Oh, sonofabitch, I'd be on this, were it a two-door!!! My bro-in-law had a '69 Sport Fury two-door hardtop, 383 auto, air, and in that same color combo! That was a terrific car. He, my brother and I used to commute in that SF daily, 100 miles round-trip, at around 80 - 90 mph...back in the day when the national speed limit was just 55! It helped that my sister was the county sheriff dispatcher, and knew where ALL the cops were going to be during our commute!

Hell if it were a 2 door it would me right next to y Sport Fury Vert and I never would have shown it here until I had the title :eek:s_dancing2: BUT !!! it's not so it is ............ :eek:ccasion14:

My girlfriends father had a new 69' Fury III Hardtop with the 318 engine, and it ran quite well. He let me drive it to see the Association/Zager and Evans at a concert,, and I promptly got it stuck while parking on a grass field. He was quite unhappy with me.I'm still looking for one like that. They weighed less than a dodge or Chrysler, which is why the cops loved them as Police cars.

A 318 is a great engine .. I have two sitting idle one is a 77 with about 35K miles on it with a new rebuilt transmission and the other is I think a 68 never been run and was built up for a barracuda that got totaled before the engine even went into the car. I don't need either one now where my new sport fury has the 383 HP engine. But the original 318 I had prior to putting in the 77 engine had well over 150K miles on it before she bit the dust.
