Still have to say I would like to know if it is a factory 440 car (k- or L-code)

Car is rough but as 440 mag motor still in it. Will take MUCH LESS, but hey if your super rich....well... The money is needed for lawyer fees and court cost on "WEED" charges...food....bills...relocating fees to move to Colorado ha ha

fifteen years ago when I was seriously looking someone in Colorado sent me a video of a 69 sport fury ragtop , bronze with a 440, white buckets and loaded up with options, would have driven as is but needed work...the Colorado reference makes me think this could be the same car

I would love to know if thats the same car I looked at.......many, many years ago. Funny how a cars life (like anything else) can be changed by the decision of someone 1800 miles away
