Broken down coolant using dirty flat tired C-bodies going for more than $10K nowadays....well well well

Way overpriced. While Id like to think our cars are approaching B body values, they arent. Then again, I cant imagine a four door B body getting more than this.
 
The color is great, but I can't imagine this one selling for $10.5k when a white 1969 Monaco in seemingly far better shape has been sitting for months at $4.5k: For Sale - 69 Monaco
 
Those bubbles on the c-pillar coincide with the panel flanges of the roof and quarter panels. Not enough lead in them, possibly?
