"This is a triple white 1970 chrysler 300 convertible 440 hp car project. original engine is gone and replaced with a 383. will run and drive with a little work but needs full restoration.this is a rare car in restorable condition. I do have some hurts parts that will go along with the car please call or text pictures available soon!"

I e-mailed the vendor. Turned out, the car is in Rhode Island (where he bought it), has no title, and the vendor has only a bill of sale. - Go or no?

Is that rust on the hood, or some kind of debris? If rust, what a mess - the car would be worthless with original engine gone and all the rest...........................................
