1970 Chrylser 300 light questions

Hey how's it going everybody?? I'm new to this and just recently aquired a 1970 Chrysler 300 4 door hardtop. I have a few questions i havent been able to find. Yes some seem self explanitory but I'm new to these old cars and gotta start somewhere! Okay so first, how do i turn on the high beams? I know i sound dumb right now but i cannot figure it out. Two, my hazards dont work. i hit the button for them and nothing happens. Easy fix? Three, is there a repair manula for this car? If so i want to get one. Thank you so much for helping me out!

First, get yourself a Factory service manual. Referred commonly as "FSM". Some like the original paper (myself included) but you can download a copy here: http://www.mymopar.com/index.php?pid=109

Does the dimmer switch work? That would be the switch on the left side on the floor. Looks like a metal button about an inch in diameter.

Most likely it's the flasher for the 4-ways. Under the dash, around the steering column. The turn signal flasher is there too.

How timely. When I buttoned up my dash the other day, my 4 ways no longer worked. I was planning on another day trouble shooting that SOB. I had forgotten that the 4 ways are on their own flasher. I must have knocked it lose.
