For sale is a 1970 Chrysler 300. You don't see to many 2 doors. Just turned over and has 104,000 on the car. The drivetrain is missing! No engine/Trans. If you have a drivetrain and like these luxurious C Bodies, this may be for you. It has a power bench seat, power windows, cruise control and hideaway headlights. All were working before drivetrain was pulled out. The car was running/driving as of last week. It is on non op with no back fees and has a clear title. Great car for someone or dare I say to derby it. Just hate to pull all the good pieces and scrap the rest but that's what I will do here in a few days. The body is extremely straight save for the rear valance. Rust mort was put on it so the paint looks pretty bad, but check out the pics and see if you can do anything with it. You could probably get my asking price just for the hideaway headlight set up. $600 for the car. Come get it. I will help load it on your trailer. Looks just like the pics except the hood is off. We can put that back on if need be. Don't bother asking for me to take less and scrappers need not apply as I have my own connections to scrap it, if need be. May deliver in sacramento if paid up front and your cool. Give me a call at 916-548-4912 or email me through craigslist. Calls and texts get priority

agreed......I hate these guys as much as i hate the AMX/Javelin guys

What is there to hate about AMX/Javelin guys???

same thing.......many of the nice 390/401 Ambassadors, Matadors and Rebels have been gutted for the drive trains. There is a '68 Ambassador SST htp, 390 car, one of 19 being parted right now with the drive train gone. Only 2 others known to have survived, one htp and one sedan.

meanwhile there are more frigging AMXs out there now for sale, you can probably pick any year in just abt any color combo, many having been bumped up from a 290 or 343 to the larger motor. When I was in tech school back in the late 80's one of the other students found and bought a gorgeous early 71 ambassador brougham htp, 401-4/dual snorkel. he took the engine out and junked the rest of the car, rebuilt the engine and put it in his POS '76 Cherokee.

Meanwhile, i have a bunch of NOS parts for a '68 Ambo that can no longer be found unless it's been left under a tree for 20 yrs. found 2 4 spd cars, both with frame rot.

well, if this car wasn't so far away from New Orleans, I would go and pick it up...

Oh..........................

I hope a big *** boat size nickel iron meteor slams into the guys house. People out there who can say "derby" in the same breath as "1970 Chrysler 300" deserve no less.

Not the kind of person I could deal nicely with.
