Still might be worthy of a resto.....I've seen worse stuff dragged out of the local woods. 2dr NY're coupe with 440, auto, 8.3/4 rear....not bad, could make good street cruiser/sleeper.

I found one identical to this one for Stitcher Bob years ago over at MoparFins.
He wasted no time in dragging it home and I believe he's still enjoying it to this day.

Absolutely incredible when you think how huge the stamping is for the rear quarters on the 2 doors.
