Between the pipes, covers, & cleaner I get the feeling someone has done some modifying. (Or at least wants it to look that way.) With air and a decent interior his price seems pretty reasonable. What's with the wheels?

Actually....my bad, I think I've seen this one before. If it does not sell quickly, some people take the ad down, wait a few months than put the same thing back up on CL
