Another wagon for sale......(not mine)

Classic American Station Wagon. Great project for resto-rod or restore and drive. Has the original 383 4bbl HiPo Roadrunner engine and hipo exhaust manifolds, which runs good. Had the third row seat installed by a prior owner. Newer brakes, transmission leaks. Reply with your phone number and I will call you back to discuss. Car was in California for most of its life.

No tire-kickers. I want to see this thing goto a good home that will drive it, not part it out or derby it. These cars are very rare as most were crushed long ago...

Reason for selling: No time anymore, losing storage. 00L0L_fY6jjOrytP8_600x450.jpg00808_lhYC2lMw2Mg_600x450.jpg

I love it and of course I want it!

This wagon has been making me itch for a while. It's over 6 hours from me, but definitely in the realm of what I've been looking for.

6 hours is nothing then for something like this.

What r u waiting for....these things don't last on CL esp. something like this. Ya better jump on it quick.

That's another combo I have never seen before.
Painted to match Road Wheels on a Fusie no-wood wagon.

So, is this a 383 HP, a 383 from a roadrunner, or an actual 383 HP Roadrunner engine (The 335@5200 version) original to the car?

Whats the exact definition of "road wheels"? What makes it different from others?

Not the latter.

I always think it is funny how people think they have a say in what happens once they sell a car.

"Oh yea I plan to restore it, been looking for one just like this (cutoff wheel has a fresh disc and the air compressor is pumped up and ready to go), will cash be fine".

I doubt it's an 335HP 383 motor. I think it might be more like a 330hp 383 motor which was part of a trailer towing package. Not from the RR.

That's what I'm thinking too, but I'd still be impressed to find out it is the actual RR 335 version.

Yup, me too. Stranger stuff has occured, who knows this maybe a one of one sitting right under our noses.
