The car it came off of was blue, built in June. I knew Kramer had that car 16 years ago through conversation with them. After bugging them at shows and e mails they finally sent me photos and VIN information.
Now, If I can only get the information from the one Frank Mitchell had.....

Sure, usually just the top latches are needed but the header seems to become rusty on many outdoor cars.
