Despite from that: You can buy it for 3k and he is offering to swap the mastercylinder and spark plug wires for an additional 2.500$?
Are mastercylinders and spark plug wires are now made of gold?
I understand if he wants to get paid for additional work but that doesn't sound reasonable

This same seller had a 67 Monaco 500 for sale for some time as well. Both field dwellers and likely punked out rodent homes judging from the photos of the Monaco... looked like a knife fight in there.
