Perhaps pulled out of decades of storage. The rust on the bumper doesn't bode well for the rest of the car.

Ten years is a long time to downsize. I had no Classic cars ten years ago, eight 5 years ago, now I'm down to 4 and I hope to be down to 2 or 3 ten years after I bought my '68 RR. Hell, I hope my RR is finished 10 years after I started it....
