With this low mileage, I am surprised that DM41L0D180620 has not sold since I first saw it advertised last November.
The lowered asking price ($4k vs. $5k) should help. What would also help would be to post a brief history of the car, some info about what needs fixing (if anything), and a few more pictures of the interior (dash pad, carpet, headliner, rear tray and front seats) and of the most rust-prone areas (lower quarters, front fender bottoms, rear window, trunk pan).
Based on the pics posted above, this Polara Custom 4dr sedan looks like a good, solid entry into the C-body hobby for the right person. It reminds me of two cars:
(i) closest is DL41K1D125753, a 1971 GY4 sedan with an unusual, redone but period-"correct" (if not factory correct) interior that sold a year ago for $2.5k to member @David1907 -- more pics and history here;
(ii) another '71, this one a two-door GY4 with gold fabric interior, that sold to Germany in fall 2018 (the asking price was $5k).
