Now this car is a real change of pace. We have numerous cars here where they all have less than 100,000 because that is what is seen on their 5 digit speedometer. This seller could easily say 47,000 miles, or 147,000 miles, but he says 247,000 miles. Yep, 247,000 miles. Now all he needs to do is get realistic on his price and if I talked with him I'd ask why there is a 2011 CA plate instead of 1970 blue and gold. His Dad did keep the engine compartment clean.

Single owner of this 1970 Plymouth Fury. This car was owned by my father who was a mechanic and kept it in great shape - engine and body. I have kept it stored on my driveway since his death and am finally ready to part with it. The body is in good shape except for some rust along the edges where the roof meets the body. It has a new battery and the air conditioning was recently fixed.

Please see the attached photos. Call me between 9am and 9pm to come and see it.

The mileage is 247,000 miles.

That IS nice, wow. The body is in great shape, and has a big block motor as well. Nice. Need to deep 6 those 1950's style exhaust tips though.

What's that round thingy just to the passenger side of the P.B. booster?

I've seen something like that before, it is controlled and adjusted by the chain hanging from the center of it. It is hooked up to accelerator linkage. There's a square box mounted on the left fenderwell just forward and left of the m/cyl too. I just can't remember what it's for.

I guess that is a black interior? The fabric inserts look odd, but maybe it is just the light. I like this car.
