Well, I can say I learned something today. I finally determined/figured out the different steering wheels that came on the 1970. Thanks to this, with special thanks to www.hamtramck-historical.com:

I believe Ive had all of these. I currently have cars with the three optional wheels. Not sure I have a favorite, I do like the damn wood grain wheel though

I never knew there were 2 rim-blow wheels, and had only seen (either) one of them in pics. I've always had the standard wheel.

Yeah, that wood grain is cool. I think I saw those being reproduced, if I'm not mistaken. Not sure of the quality tho.

Yes they are, Im fortunate enough to have an original ....I may like this best but the two rim blows are thick, so they have merit

I'm guessing finding a rim blow wheel in good shape would be tough to find.

Wow, those are minty!

I think I like the non-tilt better. What do you think?

appearance wise? not sure, I like them all but the non tilt may be my least favorites of the optionals you posted. The tilt wheel is a bigger diameter on the grip

Interesting it's a bigger grip.

Truth be told, I actually quite like the standard wheel I have. It's somewhat 60's space-like. Haha.

I had this in my 71, it WAS my favorite, until I started to get the optional wheels. The optional wheels have that thicker grip, more beef to it
