Up for sale is a 1970 Chrysler Imperial 4 door hard top. Matching numbers 440 big block with 727 trans and factory sure grip rear end. Don't have the time or the space to continue working on it so I have to let it go. Have new fuel lines and transmission lines (stainless steel and still in the box), many new parts go along with it. Will run with a jump and fuel. I do have a clean Florida title. Minor rust, floorboards are solid and trunk is solid as well. Make me a offer

Hurry up before Derby guys get it! Running 440...

"Land yacht for sale"

Way to fool the search engines, maybe I'll use 'Barge' next time if I'm looking for a Imp.
(note to self, remember to add Furry to my Boolean search)

I thought that was a yellow hose in the first two photos...but no, a tape measure!

Always important to verify a yacht's length when selling!

Sounds like the seller maybe one of us.

Come on you FL guys. Save it and get it back together and running. It’s good weather season there.

What would I give to live there and be a little younger and a lot richer, LOL!

Headed for the derby ring. Parts are available from the fellow who bought it.(not me)

Saw it on Facebook.(It looks to be the same car. Fellow who grabbed it mentioned it came from Florida).

I'm not sure which is a worse fate, the crusher or the derby ring? Either way, this poor ol' Imp lost the battle, even if it wins in the ring (complete with trophy made from PBR cans).

BTW, I thought Imperials were banned in most derbies?

Most places yes. Some are allowed to use the front sub frame in their car.

Honestly. I hate to see a C get derbied, but if it's destined to die, I prefer to see them go out with a blaze of glory tearing apart GMs and Fords rather then going straight to the crusher. That's just my opinion.
