NOT MINE 1970 Newport convertible (rate color)?

I ran into this 9-day old post on OfferUp today. AFAICT, the exterior color is EV2 Hemi Orange. If the paint is original, then it is rare (Edit: I worry about the Dutchman panel).

I have no way to contact the owner/seller for the moment, but it’d be great to get the tag.

Judging by the orange paint under the black on the core support I'm thinking it is the original color.

I agree. This said, to your expert eyes, does the Dutchman panel look repainted ?
