A bb between those frame rails would have redeemed it's standing nicely, then it would only be a simple matter of repainting over the banana yellow but unfortunately it was not born that way.

With the large rad and yoke a BB swap would be easier. Unusual shroud. If the original seats and cluster are with the car. Body and frame are TBD. Just a rough project IMHO.
