Yes.... I could have bought this car from the previous owner before the restoration for 4 grand. After the restoration for 18 grand. Joe did that car in a one car garage in Connecticut. It's a 383, 2 barrel car originally....with the superlite and factory black..... I love that car

ok....my apologies..... it was for sale for 4 grand, in original rusted condition needing a full restoration. In other words it wasnt road worthy. Joe bought the car and the pile of NOS parts that went along with it. He hung a NOS left quarter and did a bunch of other metal work. Once he was done which is pretty much where you see the car now, he said he would sell for 18 grand, that was 2001 / 02 maybe. Joe still owns the car but obviously, he wants a bunch more for it. Id consider trading my cars for it, I like it that much BUT its a 14 year old restoration

Not worth anymore than 15K tops. Restoration now too old and he just as obviously thinks these cars appreciate over 10 years time. Maybe over 50 years but then we are are all dead so who cares.
