1971-1973 C-Body Sunroof Cars

Here are the 1971-1972 C-Body sunroof cars that I have run across so far. Thanks to those members that have been keeping their eyes open, and to those members that have shared their cars and info - especially Steve, Rob, and Doug. I will add the 1973 cars when I get a chance. If anyone spots a sunroof C-Body - please snap some pics! Thanks and enjoy.

Any plans on extending this project to 74-78 C bodies too?

In case you are bored this afternoon, you might want to check out part of the movie referenced above for the green 71 300 Scott shows above, being driven by Bob Hope. I provided Scott the link since the Aztec gold 300 sunroof car I have was supposedly used for that movie as a back up car, and has evidence of camera mounts on the decklid that seem to give some credence to the story. I have never been able to verify that it was a part of that effort though. Mine has the 440HP engine originally, but I can't tell if the car in the movie is so equipped, at least I can't see dual tail pipes.

Yes, Mr C. I have been tucking away sunroof Mopars through 1981ish. I plan on doing something similar for 74-78 C-Bodies.

I would wager that the roof has been chopped off about midway and that a piece of canvas was added. Probably not a factory sun roof. And that is the "wrong roof" to my eyes - never liked that sweptback style on a C body. Guy thinks the headlight doors are vacuum too!

ya at first thought sunroof was screwed so he threw something over it to keep rain out but lookin like he mayby chopped roof....dumass
