I would check to see if all the claimed work was done in the first place.

I just saw a guy trying to sell another 70' 300 vert for $45K.....so no, I would not be surprised if some buckaroo out there thought he could actually get into "hemi" sphere dollar wise, with his 300. Nope, not at all.
 
A goof at 45, I could see it. Someone was misinformed. You dont make a hundred thousand dollar mistake like that. I refuse to believe it.
