Hi selling 1971 Newport Gunmetal grey, no rust, runs great 1500 miles last year, black interior near perfect, 30,000K original miles, New tires ,passenger side mirror, rebuilt alt, ac was charged and worked last year, new muffler (sounds great) I have history paperwork. $12,K any question PM, If you can find a better one, buy it. thanks for ad.

It appears that there is no factory undercoat?

just the very light garage kept flash coating. You can scratch it off with your finger. The car was purchased by the couple on the paperwork and 2 years later the husband died in 1973, The widow kept the car and drove it, always keeping it in the garage until she passed away in 1999, a collector bought it from her estate and drove it sparring till I purchased it. She did have the rear window defrost installed (NY state law). she had some paint touch-up done so the car isn't 100" original paint but never any accidents, car cruises down the road at 65. In 1971 Chrysler came out with a transmission kick-down solenoid which means only part throttle makes the car accelerate w/o having to kick it all the way to the floor. note the yellow inspections marks , the exhaust manifold makes a sound when first warming up and after shut off, I think it had something to do with the stove pipe attached

yes, if i can, 76 this year and scheduled to have knee surgery next month, bending over has become a challenge ,I also have serve nerve damage and have filed a VA claim but don't expect much from that .oh and I had a stroke and my memory is shot, and to top it off, I've have a metal rod in my back. i've had a couple offers but they want me to give them away, that's not going to happen, i can still drive
