I'd pay that for this car, spend a weekend stripping the junk out of the interior and swapping the wheels. Over the next couple months clean up under the hood. Doubt I'd spend another $1000 fixing it.

If this car was closer I might actually go look at it, otherwise I'd need to take a $1000 off.
