1971 fury hideaway headlights

One of my headlights slams harder than the other, I noticed 1 flat torsion spring on one side and not the other, does it require 2, and if so where can I find one?

My 1971 Fury had the rolled flat springs on both ends of the actuator rod.
I wonder if a B-Body Dodge Charger, 1968-1970 had the same springs. Maybe a question on www.forbbodiesonly.com
