Not sure of Swe cars, but Finland car must pass yearly inspection. So even those looks ugly, brakes, suspension etc works. And i think most of those have expensive air suspensions etc.

They can look ugly but will technically be safe by tuff standarts

I have a friend in Finland was as embarrassed by those cars as we might be about the Kardashians. I have a feeling it might have been something to do with the remains of a parts-car, but now it's a "thing" by itself.

It's hard to understand but yes, these cars has passed the inspection.
