I've got a 4K-mile 318 and a 904 that would be perfect in that. Boy, $1,700 is surely tempting.

Must...stop...looking...!

Looks pretty respectable. Suppose there’s something really terrible about the right side?

The owner is a big mopar fan, and the engine froze up, which is why it is out. He has everything to Install another. But, he was over 300 miles away, not 40. We talked mopars for an hour, and he said a guy was coming today to look at it that had an original drivetrain, so it sounds like the car will get back together,
he also said the pictures make the car look better than it really is, and the paint job is horrible. He was very honest about the car. So I decided not to drive a whole day, as it is likely sold, the good thing is the Buyer seems like someone that wants to bring it back..

The good news is I sold my 1966 Monaco and 1955 new Yorker today, both on the same day!
Now that is progress!

I also spoke to him and like the above poster said, he is a Mopar nut like all of us. He spoke to me also for at least an hour. Very honest and did not hide anything. We exchanged info and I am trying to hook him up with two 73 Barracudas out my way. Its good to know there are still good folks out there.

I gotta quit looking at this. The only thing saving me from getting it is that I don't have a tow vehicle, as my D300 is a few weeks away from being fully drivable.

I've been half-looking for a decent '69 SF, but this one would be a nice car to do up.

I agree. I would like to have it except its 12 hours away. Transport would be to costly. I am also looking for a 69 Fury. Dad had a red one with white top when I was a kid and it still sticks in my head. It was a Fury III 2 door hardtop and was beautiful.

Crap, I can't have it. Having enough money for the purchase doesn't offset all the other obstacles (not the least being lack of a means to get it home).

I've never had a Fusie. Among that generation the '70-'71 Furys are my favorites (along with the '69-'71 Dodges).

I'd become a car hoarder if I hit the big lotto jackpot.
