Not mine. Have not seen it before, so I hope that this post is not redundant.

PH29K1D140158 is currently for sale on eBay. Not in super cosmetic shape, as shown in the photos below. As well, the A/C has been removed, the radiator and carb/air cleaner have been replaced, and I don't see heater hoses. The dash pad and steering wheel seem in much better condition than the dash itself, or than the rear seat and carpets -- I'd want more details from the seller about the car's history before jumping in. Then again, the price is not elevated -- $1,475 is the current high bid, with one and one half days to go. There does not seem to be a reserve.

Here is the fender tag decoding (courtesy of MyMopar with a few edits to correct mistakes -- A07, A94 and V5X come to mind):

You can't find these anymore? I've bought 3 of them in the last couple years and passed on several more. They're out there.
Drive it home? Not likely, unless you live in the same town.

That said, that car would be stunner with new paint and the body looks quite solid so it's feasible.Interesting to see what it sells for.

If this is the same Sport Fury in Iowa I'm thinking of, it's been for sale for a while now. On and off FB and eBay all summer. At one time if I recall correctly the buy it now price was $6995 with the starting bid at $6995. But don't quote me on that.

@ayilar (your) cars are getting worse and worse................:poke:

Not everyone has the means to buy a car in super shape. This one looks like it may be solid. As a project for a competent person, it seems worth looking into — @FK3 Sport Fury made the same point. That’s why I posted it.

The car is located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. It’s listed here for $4.9k.

I wonder why the worn paint looks almost identical at the driver and passenger side... Maybe there was a tarp strapped onto the car at some point that scratched the paint off?

C'mon. Really?
I agree, I couldn't say it when I saw it and kept moving.
Nope, not solid. Typical rot, nice starter car!

My bad. Poor choice of words, @3C's & a D? is closer to the mark. That'll teach me to post from a phone while on vacation.

Something just altogether messy about this one. Don’t care for the way the lower quarters are kinda pooched out either. Put more snot on the tires, they won’t notice anything else!

Sold for $3.5k with 33 bids.

The market is way better than I thought these days if that one could actually sell at that price with that many bids (how many bidders is another question).

Well, maybe not -- guess who's back on eBay?
