Very clean 1971 Chrysler Town and Counry full sized 3 seat wagon. 383 2bbl, woodgrain. Very solid and runs great. Interior in very good condition. Starts right up and drives down the road competently. Wouldnt take much to bring this classic back. Great low cost classic investment

Oooo! A lot of green but looks to be in good shape and is a nice wagon so who cares about the color.

Better than most we have seen and a decent price.

Haven't we seen that before but for sale by Dusty's Old Cars?
Sometimes all those greenies blur together.

Nice T&C! Very good price too. If that was one of dustys you gotta know it would be twice as much. I bet you could get into that for $3500 easily and come out smelling like a rose. I hope someone here gets it.

Would that be a restore or a good detail for you?

A restore for sure. My father had one of these with a 440 TNT (I know they supposedly weren't made that way...I wish I had taken pictures, but it was 1974 and I was a youth...but it WAS a TNT car- pop the hood and it was all there like a Hurst 300). That 71 T&C is what got me hooked on cars. I recall vividly my Dad racing to Toronto when my sister was hospitalized due to complications with her pregnancy and her survival was in question- The needle showed 120 mph. To this day my heart stops a bit when I see one...funny I don't have a single pic of that car yet it was so important to me.

But, same old story...to get it I'd have to sell one of my Formals or other cars, which also occupy a place in my heart, and I'm not ready to part with them yet.

Maybe some day.

Not bad at all! All I lack is a approval from the Mrs... Damn. Damn, damn damn!

Ouch, I'd hate to pull off that black piece of moulding in the second to last picture. Could be scary under there.

I wouldn't pull it off.
The car could be a daily driver but most everything elso would run into a full resto.
I would use it "as is"

I bought this car last week. Will be doing some minor restoration. Same car my parents had 40 years ago.

Obviously not off eBay. The first auction ended at $3,050 reserve not met and the relisted auction got no bids.
