Rare find.
Im selling a 1972 Imperial. Car is all original and has been garage kept all its life. Stills has the original owners manual. It has power seats, power steering, power windows, and power antenna. Its runs and drives great and interiorand exterior is in excellent shape. rust free. The Lebaron has a big block 440 that runs strong.
The only problem is A/C. This car is a classic head turner that is hard to comeby. For more details or to make an offer text Jay 713-373-9875

AutoTemp II can be fixed with a new control unit from Performance Analysis. Chrysler licensed that system to Mercedes in the early 70s and with that volume, Performance Analysis was able to make a business case to remanufacture the control unit, but with an improved base that houses the water valve. The original base was bakelite, which always cracks after about 2 to 3 years and Performance Analysis remanufacturers the control unit with an aluminum base. I used one in my 1972 Imperial and it works great for about 5 years now. The initial price is high for the unit, maybe around $600, but at least it installs easily and actually is a long lasting solution, unlike AutoTemp I.

The ATC II veterans already know that stuff. It's when the heater box has to be pulled for the evaporator and/or the heater core.....
Or replacing servos for the doors...
Or replacing the brittle vacuum lines that have sprung a leak.
No man alive should be punished that badly.
