Not a bad Newport. It looks like maybe air shocks on the rear. Not too thrilled with the wheels, I would put the original wheels back on. It's worth $2500 tops.

I think he could get more than 25 depending on the body and interior but it looks good. Lower the rear a bit- nice car with the wheels
