-Plain-Jane but has A/C and hide-away headlights. -Very hard car to find, Rare and In very good condition. -Mostly all original, only things changes were the tires, rims, carb. -Car is currently registered, plated and insured as of right now. -Asking $2,600. I would buy that right now, but it's in Canada.

After getting some interior parts shipped and the fiasco I had to go through to get them I think a car would be difficult now.

Looks like the same car that I spotted back in 2015 while I was walking around in Champlain, New York.

Both cars appear identical except the New York car has some minor dents in the fender and doors. Most likely it's the same car and the damage has been repaired.

There's a Peterbilt dealer that's also a truck stop on I-87 just before the Canadian border. Whenever I was there, I would walk into town to get some exercise.

It's one of those places you would always look forward to because you knew there would be parking spots available no matter what time you arrived.

Just checked where Châteauguay, Quebec is and it's only 42 miles from Champlain.

The ad is gone. FWIW, if @bigmoparjeff is right and this 1972 Monaco was sold in Champlain 6 years ago, then the new Canadian law against classic exports does not apply and (assuming the car is as advertised) the buyer got a screaming deal.

As usual, I won't be surprised if we see it again shortly at a much higher price.

that's some appreciation right there ... nice car, but too tall for me.

we'll see what happens now -- i wouldnt think much headroom left on it.
