1972 New Yorker broadcast sheet removal

Not sure if I've seen any discussion on how to get the broadcast sheet out with out destroying it. I used a piece of broomstick and some zip ties, and tightened the ties individually until those GD springs were sufficiently out of the way. Worked like a charm. Use some good zip ties. All zip ties are not created equally.
