Did you see all the windows, of the house in the background, with bars? There aren't too many flat areas in the entire LA basin where I would go now. The hills are where those with money live. I once visited the neighborhood I moved to in 1966 from Maryland. Brand new development at the far west end of the San Fernando Valley. Saw it 5 years ago and when you see cars parked on the lawn area, despite a two car garage and large driveway, you know things have gone downhill.
