seems to be flat black.
That kills it for me always immidiatly
 
I take that to be "hot rod grey" primer... and if not cleared over... rust waiting to happen... either way doesn't qualify as paint to me, merely a temporary covering. Sporting primer on your bodywork project driver is ok with me... don't understand it as the final color.

Also I expect I little more writing effort and pics to support $5k
 
I agree unless I can inspect it and I had to have one and this was the only one

If it would be a EB7 blue 70 SFGT I would still be buying it.
Without pre checking if it is the only one around

Despite from that I would never drive around in primer or flat black paint look
 
New paint and wheels!

I agree but perhaps clear could be applied over the current color and save money. Hopefully the car was always black or a detailed repaint was done if another color. I would take period correct hubcaps over those wheels and hopefully the whitewalls are turned to the inside and need to be remounted.
