Smooth transaction all the way around. Maybe not as many eyeballs as eBay but BaT claims you get a more qualified set of buyers. Also seems like it might be good for “niche” cars that not everyone is searching for like Mustangs and Camaros. The way they set up the bidding with it resetting for another 3 minutes with each bid toward the end is pretty cool I think—though that probably favors the seller. Had interest from Germany, the UK and Dubai and a few local folks as well, but at the end of the day it’s going to New Jersey. And they brought a trailer.

I think "BaT" is "Bring a Trailer"

As they say in the auction business, "Well bought!"

That is a beautiful "cross country cruiser" and I hope whoever bought gets it on the road and stretches its legs.

BaT is a great site! I bought a 1971 International TravelAll 1210 with a Perkins 6.354T engine and five-speed O/D off the feature they had on that site. I visit that place every day.

Indeed it was. Great truck that I traded a guy in Arkansas for that "hippie van" '79 Dodge B250 I had. It sold so I could get the Imperial ragtop. This would get 26 mpg on the highway all day long at 70 mph, too! 100_6633.jpg

That one was nice. Love These early SUV predecessors.
