I have no instrument panel lights. Radio and heater lights work. Changed headlight switch but didn't solve problem. Fuses all good. Issue started intermittently about a month ago when instrument panel lights would go out and left turn signal indicator would come on and high beam indicator would only illuminate on low beams. Now when I turn my head lights on I have no instrument panel lights but both turn signal indicators are illuminated (steady) and I have no high beam indicator at all. When the headlights are on and I use my turn signals, the arrows blink but they are out of sync with the turn signal unless I turn the rheostat to the dimmest level. I've tried the logical remedies but now I need the help of an electrical genius. Any advice would surely be appreciated.

Sounds like a ground problem you need to check all body grounds to insure there is no resistance. What it sounds like is that the voltage is back feeding in an attempt to get to ground.

I had similar problems....it was burnt bulbs. You can change them on a Formal if your wife or kid has very, very small hands. There is access to them with the dash pad off.
