Rare Find Indeed, even rarer as its in very good condition!
This car was owned by a widower and was garage kept for many years, and it shows.
The car is from Victoria BC, a mild climate with very little snowfall... so little salt on the roads... less rust damage.
There is some minor rust, but nothing like you'd expect from other 70's cars.
The Vinyl top is almost mint, which tells you it was garage kept... these tops are usually sun baked , cracked and tattered... not this one!
The glass is all good, except for the front passenger lower corner, see picture. The crack goes from bottom to side, so it should not ever spread.
The interior is fine, a mouse was living it it at one point during the 14 years spent in the garage, as there is evidence from the foam seat material chewed up and a hole in the seat... the headliner is good and so is the dash and rear valance.
The engine is a 400 C.I.D. V8 and the transmission is an automatic. Its fairly clean under the hood. We suggest a good carburetor cleaning or a rebuild, the car idles rough, but it is pretty cold out here as you can tell by the snow.
I do have the trim piece missing from the front drivers side fender, plus all hubcaps.
I personally just purchased the vehicle for a movie car replica project, but, before I start ripping off the vinyl roof and change a few things, I thought I'd see if anyone out there in eBay land was looking for one of these... its in such good condition, it would be a shame to start messing with its collector status.
I can assist with loading the car unto a transport trailer, but other than that, shipping from my place is your responsibility.
I am not taking offers and I will not disclose what the reserve price is (you may ask, but I may assume you are a bit clueless as I just stated that I will not tell you what it is,lol).
I paid a lot of money for this car, it has taken me years to locate one, so, if I do not get my price, I am going to proceed with the project... with a clear conscious. :)

If you have any questions, please email.

Chilliwack is about 20 minutes from Sumas Washington, Sumas Washington is about 1.5 hours from Seattle.

"I thought I'd be really cool and make this into a Bluesmobile but after getting it and seeing how nothing worked and all the rust, I decided to bail. Hope I get my money back."

Exactly..... Good call!

"the headliner is good" no it isn't. BTW are these type of headliners available? Also I've removed one of these one piece headliners, thank god the windshield was out!

I've owned 3 of these era cars post 10 years after they came off the production line. 1 1976 Gran Fury Brougham, Hi mileage NE car = rot box, 1 1977 PK41 State Police low mileage but a Turnpike car, so driver floor rust an other area's starting. 1 1977 PK41 State Police low mileage, unknown what troop but cleanest & straightest . The worst you can do is have Granma park a wet/damp car in a garage, I know my Granma did that to her Chrysler after driving on heavily salted roads... sure path to the graveyard.

he he gotta love the sellers feedback (a negative/postive)
+ left: Guy is a clown thinks anyone cares about negative feedback. Over $6. What a joke
We may have to be careful on what we say, as by reviewing sellers 'buy history' from a mostly female clothing seller, he maybe a she or........... whatever.

:wideyed:

Why won't this madness end? I love the movie, it's in my top 5 ever. Which also means I ask people if they've ever seen it. If they're under 35, "nope".

Were people still dressing up like the Lone Ranger in 1980?

I never understood it...especially since this one is a hardtop.
