Why is the antenna relocated to the top of the left quarter ?

Because when the dealer gave him cost to replace the broken power antenna which requires the inner fender to come off plus.... The inner fender needs to come off.

I found that it was easier to get to the antenna and the damn blower motor with the hood off too.
