I had a mini-road trip from hell recently picking up some spare '69 Imp wheelcovers. That brought me past a shopping center with usual suspects (both of which had tickets).

Anyway, photos will do the talking. I think this is near Milford, MI. Interior was baby-blue velour and very nice. BSM was stick-on.

This one was 3-season-almost-daily-driven to CTC in the parking garage. I think it's owner recently retired.

I just txted the owner. He’s asking $3,500. And will send additional pictures today, he says. I like it so far.. I’ll post what he sends.

Ok, cool. Glad somebody is interested because the area is kind of "dump it in a forest and forget it". I didn't crawl around under it because of time (and pouring rain). My impression was that it spent winters in Florida (note plate) and its been handed down to a family member who is now looking to dispose of it. Paint looked original (note factory stripes). It has rust just starting in the area above the marker lamp (which has a moisture-trap shelf). Lower quarters show some rust, probably damp carpet. Some "bulges" under vinyl top, but nothing compared to the disasters we've seen. It's worth saving unless the underside is terrible, but that's not typicaly a formal issue. There will be some welding needed where I mentioned, but it's all easy flat stock work, not formed panels. I think $2500 would be well-bought, maybe $3k.

That '78 has a very good interior! And it's a driver..... Might be a good deal!

The seller, Kirk, sent me these. Not the best pictures, but..and a bit of history as well. His words: (The car came from Minnesota, my step dad then lived in Florida for 3 years and then back to michigan and stored it in our climate controled 55° Pole barn all year long). End of statement. I’m gonna call him tomorrow and get more details. I think I like it.

Very comfy. I have slept in my NYB many times.

I drove a '77 back in the early 90s before I moved out of my parent's house. I was the first one home from work and one day I was so tired I just fell asleep the moment I shut the car off. Soon it started to snow. I awoke hours later, shivering. A foot of snow covered the car.

Got out of the car and my dad's minivan was parked next to me. He looked surprised when I walked into the house. "How did you get home? Where have you been? You missed dinner."

Just another thing to love about winter. :(

Looks pretty good from here but an actual viewing is highly recommended.
You've got a thing for white cars don't you John.
If she checks out it could be a nice addition to your stable!
Good luck!
