I was gonna guess that someone shippied this:

It's quite possible the battery is dead, since I don't see any other interior lights.

Could be, but I wasn't just looking at the pictures but what the guy wrote also. And he stated that it runs good. You would think that if it runs the dash would be working and showing the mileage. May be a flipper?
No matter I've got enough on my plate, I really don't need anymore.
