I spotted this on Craigslist. I would think that if "Big Daddy" Don Garlits was building a car he would pic something else. I also don't think he would build a hot 440 with Log style manifolds and a dual carb setup........ But that's just me. I think the logs flow fine..... But when you are building an all out racer, you would run at the very least hp manifolds.

That car was in the WIW section on Moparts a couple of weeks ago. The comments were amusing.
 
I can imagine the comments after reading the C/L ad with the 68 Challenger motor and the unlimited top end...

I don't care if Don Garlits built it while going 300 MPH, upside down, backwards and on fire. That things not worth anywhere near that much
 
A 1967 Challenger must be an extremely rare car indeed. I would argue that it's as rare as the unicorn on the passenger side rear window.:mek3:
